I feel passionately about facilitating others to achieve their fullest potential, and harnessing the arts as a tool for transformative change through telling untold stories, and building meaningful connections with collaborators and audiences.

My process as a Producer involves developing shared values and goals for each project. In turn, these values shape the development process and aid in guiding future decision making.

I invest not only in the project, but also in the practitioners, the audience and the wider community. I encourage long-term thinking around the development of work and the personal development of artists and practitioners. I am committed to meaningful audience engagement; enabling new and under-represented audiences to access work.
