WORKING WITH ME
I feel passionately about facilitating and enabling others to achieve their fullest potential, telling untold stories and building deep and meaningful connections. I am interested in harnessing the arts as a tool for transformative change.
My process as a Producer is based around shared values and goals. In turn, these values shape the development process and aid in guiding future decision making.
Through my role I invest not only in the project, but also in the practitioners, the audience and the wider community. I encourage long-term thinking around the future development of work and the personal development of the wider team. This complements my dedication to meaningful audience engagement; enabling new and relevant audiences to access work.
I draw from a decade of experience in the arts, bringing strength, consistency and drive to the projects I work on. I provide project management and administration for a variety of artistic work and can offer support with:
Creative strategy
Audience development
Fundraising
Tour and production planning
Budgeting & scheduling
H&S and compliance
I'm dedicated to supporting and nurturing the arts scene across Scotland and have spent a number of years on the board of cultural charities, including Shazam Theatre Company from 2014-19.
I currently sit on the board of Produced Moon who create work for the digital era, working at the intersection between theatre and technology.
